Wyoming law ends required lease-cost reimbursement for charter schools when the State Construction Department finds no adequate facilities in their district. The department still reviews charter school space requests to check whether district space is both available and adequate. That review now follows the charter school space-request rules rather than the former reimbursement-related reference. These changes took effect immediately when the act became law.
