3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 0 costs, 2 mixed.

Flood zones and BFEs changed

FEMA finalized Letter of Map Revisions (LOMRs) that change Base (1-percent annual chance) Flood Elevations (BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone designations, and/or regulatory floodways for the communities listed. These LOMRs revise the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) — and in some cases Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports — and the table shows dates of modification (examples range from Nov 6, 2025 through Dec 19, 2025). If you live in or own property in the listed communities, your flood insurance requirements, premiums, or building rules might change based on these updates.

Updated community number required for policies

The notice states that the current effective community number (as shown in the LOMR table) must be used for all new flood insurance policies and renewals in the listed communities. That means when you get a new or renewed NFIP policy in those communities, insurers will apply the updated community designation tied to the finalized LOMR.

Where to view final maps and LOMRs

Final LOMRs and the revised flood hazard information are available at the Community Map Repository addresses listed in the table and online through the FEMA Map Service Center at https://msc.fema.gov. The notice encourages lessees and owners of real property to review the final flood hazard information for their community.
