Would require a federal study to consider adding Saratoga and Washington Counties to the Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area. It would direct the Secretary of the Interior to assess the study area’s suitability and feasibility for inclusion. The study must be done in consultation with State and local historic preservation officers, historical societies, tourism offices, and other appropriate agencies and follow the procedures in current law.
