It would direct the Secretary of the Navy to recognize the National Navy SEAL Museum Memorial, the Memorial Garden and Living Beach, and the Naval Special Warfare K9 Memorial at 3300 North Highway A1A on North Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce as a national memorial, a national memorial garden, and a national K9 memorial for the Navy SEALs, respectively.
