Summary
Bans the use of federal funds to buy Wall Street Journal subscriptions for congressional offices and committees. This bill would bar any federal money from paying for a Wall Street Journal subscription for an office of a Member of Congress, including Delegates and the Resident Commissioner, or for any committee, starting in fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter.

Congressional offices and committees would not be able to use federal funds to pay for Wall Street Journal subscriptions. The ban would start in fiscal year 2025 and continue every year after. It would apply even if another law or policy would otherwise allow the spending. It would cover offices of all Members, including Delegates and the Resident Commissioner, and all committees.
