D.C. concealed carry for Members of Congress

If enacted, eligible Members of Congress could carry a concealed pistol in Washington, D.C. A Member would need to be allowed under federal law to have a firearm. They would also need a valid state concealed‑carry license, or another state right to carry in their home State, and carry a photo ID. The bill defines Members as Senators, Representatives, Delegates, and Resident Commissioners. It would take effect on the date it is signed into law.
