Summary

Repeals the federal prohibition on blocking access to clinic entrances. This bill would repeal Section 248 of Title 18, removing the federal criminal ban on interfering with access to clinic entrances. The repeal would apply to prosecutions that are pending on, or commenced on or after, the date of enactment.
