Summary
Restores pre-119-21 Medicaid eligibility redetermination rules. This bill would repeal Section 71107 of Public Law 119-21 and revert the statutory framework for how Medicaid eligibility redeterminations are conducted to the rules that existed before that section. It does not create or change any programs, funding, enforcement mechanisms, fiscal provisions, tax changes, phase-in dates, or sunset provisions.
