To designate the community-based outpatient clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Lafayette, Louisiana, as the "Rodney C. Hamilton Sr. VA Clinic".

Renames the Lafayette Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic the Rodney C. Hamilton Sr. VA Clinic. The bill records Hamilton's life and service — born March 24, 1932 in Fort Worth, moved to Lafayette in 1948, joined the Marine Corps Reserve in 1949 at 17, suffered a combat injury in September 1951 and received the Purple Heart, led veteran organizations including the Marine Corps League and the Military Order of the Purple Heart, founded the Veteran's Action Coalition of Southwest Louisiana, served as Lafayette's Trustee of Public Property from 1968 to 1972, helped secure and build the clinic that opened in 2016, and died November 30, 2020 at age 88. It also specifies that federal laws, regulations, maps, and documents that refer to the Lafayette clinic should be considered references to the Rodney C. Hamilton Sr. VA Clinic.
