Reimburse loan fees for veterans

Refunds for unlawful housing fees

If enacted, any housing loan fee collected in violation of paragraph (1) would be treated as an overpayment. The Secretary would either refund that fee to the person or, if it was paid as part of a loan, credit the amount back to the loan.
