Summary
A permanent statue of Shirley Chisholm in the United States Capitol. This bill would direct the Joint Committee on the Library to obtain and place that statue in a public, permanent location in the Capitol within two years of enactment, allow the committee to authorize the Architect of the Capitol to enter into agreements and contracts on its behalf, and authorize such sums as may be necessary with those amounts remaining available until expended.
