Introduced
Summary
Eliminates a set of Department of Defense reporting requirements on unfunded priorities. This bill would repeal six sections of Title 10, U.S. Code (222a, 222f, 240i, 4815, 5513, and 6288). It would also repeal Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (10 U.S.C. 4901 note) related to the Small Business Innovation Research and Technology Transfer program and Section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (10 U.S.C. 222a note) on military construction projects. The measure removes the statutory duties and references tied to those reporting requirements and does not create new reporting duties or change funding levels.
