Introduced
Summary
Promote energy careers. This resolution would designate October 20–24, 2025 as Careers in Energy Week to raise public awareness of job paths across fossil fuel production, renewable generation, research, engineering, technical trades, and energy technology. It would recognize and honor millions of energy workers, highlight career and technical education and STEM training, and encourage collaboration among industry, schools, community organizations, workforce programs, and government to prepare tens of millions of replacement and new workers over the next decade.
