The law establishes the Colorado Revised Statutes 2025 as the state's official set of general, permanent laws. It includes laws first published in the 1973 statutes; later additions under section 2-5-125; laws from the first regular and first extraordinary sessions of the seventy-fifth General Assembly; and voter-approved measures from November 4, 2025. It takes effect on the first day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday after subsection (2)(cc) takes effect.
