Repairs and upgrades at state prisons

The law funds $32,416,760 for repairs at several state prisons. Work includes Arkansas Valley water line work ($9,539,209) and shower and toilet fixes ($12,402,937). College building upgrades at two campuses

The law funds building projects at two public colleges. Community College of Denver gets $22,938,122 for the Boulder Creek Building remodel and addition. $21,080,134 is from the Revenue Loss Restoration Cash Fund, and $1,857,988 is from campus reserves and donations. This money stays available until the project ends or June 30, 2027. Colorado Mesa University gets $13,669,574 (an amended total of $14,669,574 is noted) for a Performing Arts Center expansion and maintenance, funded by reserves and donations.
