Louisiana's Structural Pest Control Commission must follow the Administrative Procedure Act when notifying people or organizations accused of violations. The law removes the separate requirement for certified mail at least 30 days before a hearing. Notice timing and delivery now follow that act. Civil penalties, probation, and suspension or revocation of permits, licenses, or registrations still require a commission ruling after a hearing.
