Beginning November 1, 2025, people convicted in Oklahoma of listed serious crimes must serve at least 85% of their prison sentence before parole is considered. Earned credits or other credits cannot cut time served below 85%. The list includes crimes like murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, first-degree burglary, arson, bombing, crimes against children, child sexual abuse and trafficking, human trafficking, and aggravated drug trafficking.
