Oklahoma small wind tax credit ends

Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma repeals the small wind turbine state tax credit. You cannot claim this credit for systems installed on or after that date. This can raise your state tax bill if you planned to use the credit. The law lists no dollar amounts or transition rules.
