Schools can air their own games

Beginning July 1, 2025, Oklahoma high schools have a legal right to broadcast any game their team plays. Broadcasts can be live or recorded and sent by radio, TV, internet, or other tech. Exclusive deals by the state activities association cannot stop a school or local Oklahoma broadcaster from airing that school's game. These rules apply to broadcast-rights contracts that are made or renewed on or after July 1, 2025.
