Beginning July 1, 2025, the UN, WHO, and the World Economic Forum have no jurisdiction in Tennessee. State and local governments cannot be forced to enforce their rules. Their mandates have no force in Tennessee and cannot be used to order masks, vaccines, or medical testing. Governments also cannot use those mandates to collect personal data about residents. The rule covers cities, counties, and local agencies.
