More trainers for ethics bureau members

The law lets the Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance’s executive director and its attorneys give the required member training. They are now on the list of approved trainers in ethics and campaign finance law. This expands in-house training capacity and makes roles clearer. The law takes effect immediately.
