Stronger tools against child sexual extortion

The law treats sexual extortion of a child as an internet crime against a child. The Attorney General can use administrative subpoenas to get records from email, messaging, cloud services, and hotels in these cases. A child means someone under 18. This helps investigators find offenders and protect kids. It does not add new fees or taxes for families.
