Missing child alerts cover kids under 12

The law raises the age for a Wisconsin Missing Child Alert from under 10 to under 12. An alert applies only when the person is under 18, their location is unknown, and no other alert fits. It can be issued if the child is believed unable to return home because of a physical or mental condition or disability, or simply because the child is under 12. All other alert rules and processes stay the same.
