Public portal for educator license investigations

The Department of Public Instruction keeps a free, searchable online licensing portal. It shows the names of license holders under investigation and people whose licenses are revoked. It posts each investigation’s outcome, including when a case ends because the person surrendered the license. When DPI gets a report about a licensee, it investigates and lists the person’s name and any revocation hearing date; other details stay confidential. The department also keeps a public record with the investigation start date, reason, and result.
