Summary

Choice of milk type for WIC participants. This bill would amend the Child Nutrition Act to let people on WIC choose nonfat, low-fat, reduced-fat, or whole milk as their issued milk. The Secretary of Agriculture would be required to issue the selected milk and to update federal WIC regulations to implement the change.
