More time for farm and small-business biogas credit

This bill would extend the energy tax credit for qualified biogas systems to December 31, 2025. Projects would need to begin construction after December 31, 2024 and no later than December 31, 2025. If you own or build a farm or small-business biogas system that meets current rules, you could still claim the existing investment tax credit. Credit rates and definitions would not change.
