Uniform tuition assistance for service members. This bill would direct the Secretary of Defense to study whether a single, government-wide tuition assistance policy for service members after one year of active duty is feasible and advisable. The Secretary would have one year to report findings and any barriers to implementation to the congressional defense committees.
