Summary
Aligns TRICARE, VA copays and federal procurement price caps with Medicare Part D negotiated prices. This bill would require TRICARE and Department of Veterans Affairs patient cost-sharing for "selected drugs" to match what a Medicare Part D beneficiary pays under the Drug Price Negotiation Program (DPNP).

- Servicemembers and families: TRICARE beneficiaries would not pay more in out-of-pocket cost-sharing for a selected drug than a Medicare Part D enrollee pays that year under the DPNP.
- Veterans: VA pharmacy copayments for selected drugs would be capped at the Medicare Part D DPNP amount for the same year.
- Federal purchasers and manufacturers: Federal master procurement agreements for selected drugs would have to cap prices at the DPNP "maximum fair price." Manufacturers could not set higher prices when executing those agreements and existing or new agreements would be updated to reflect DPNP maxima, with transition rules if the DPNP ends.
