Adds Emergency Watershed Protection measures to the list of programs covered by the Regional Conservation Partnership Program. This bill would make Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) measures described in the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 eligible to be carried out through the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP).
