Public list of people with removal orders
If enacted, DHS would post on its website the name of each person who gets a final order of removal after the law takes effect. Each post would include a photo, any known aliases, and the last known state of residence. The Secretary of Homeland Security would be responsible for these postings. This could aid public information and safety, but it could also hurt the privacy and reputation of listed people.
