New mifepristone hotline and warning

If enacted, HHS would set up a toll-free hotline that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hotline would give support to women seeking to reverse mifepristone. It may refer callers only to providers that offer abortion-pill reversal services. If enacted, mifepristone labels would need a clear printed warning saying natural progesterone can counteract mifepristone and may increase fetal survival. The warning must also say the American Society for Reproductive Medicine found natural progesterone safe in the first trimester. The label must show the hotline number. The label rule would start six months after the law is enacted.
