    Wire Rod & Steel Production

    Cold-heading-quality (CHQ) steel wire rod and stainless/brass stock are produced — the raw input for nearly all fasteners and builders hardware.

  2. 02

    Cold Heading & Forming

    Wire is drawn and cold-headed (and thread-rolled) into screws, bolts and nuts at high speed; hinges/locks are stamped and machined.

  3. 03

    Heat Treatment

    Fasteners are hardened/tempered to grade (e.g. SAE Grade 5/8, metric 8.8/10.9) — the step that determines load rating and where counterfeits fail.

  4. 04

    Plating & Finishing

    Zinc/galvanized/black-oxide coatings are applied for corrosion resistance; locks are keyed and assembled.

  5. 05

    Sorting, QC & Packaging

    Parts are optically sorted, dimension/grade-checked, and bulk-packed — production concentrated in Taiwan (Kaohsiung) and China.
